How It Works:The Hassle Free And Easy Way To Elevate Your Party!
Delivery day: Our rentals will include everything you will need. We will deliver the frozen drink machine to your event and set it up for you at a prearranged time. That includes mixing, and starting the machine so the product is ready by the time your event starts.
*We will need a minimum of 2 hours before the start of the event to allow freezing time*
*A standard 110-volt 15-amp dedicated outlet is required. Heavy gauge extension cords (12 Ga) are provided with each rental. Please do not use any other extension cords. Extension cords provided are typically 25 ft and should not exceed 50 ft in total length. *
During your event: It is the client’s responsibility for the safekeeping and operation of the machine. Please do not move the machine from the original location. Unauthorized transportation of machine(s) will result in a $500 fine. Please do not attempt to relocate, lift, or otherwise move machines. They are extremely heavy!
*When the cylinder is visible, the mix will no longer continue to freeze. Please unplug the machine if no more mix will be added.*
*Once the event is over, if there is left over mix, it is yours to keep. I recommend putting it in 1 or 2 gallon freezer bags so you can keep enjoying it way after the party ends!*
*No need to clean the machine after your event, we will clean and sanitize them after pickup.*
Pickup day: The machine is yours until 9-10 am the next morning and I will text or call you prior to my arrival to pick up the machines unless we discuss a specific time.
*Same-day pickup is an additional cost*
